Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best. After that the order is usually already being packed.

Do you charge sales tax or customs duties?
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International orders may occasionally incur customs charges, which are set by your country and paid by the recipient.

Shipping

How long will my order take?
1–3 business days to process, then 7–15 business days for US delivery and 10–25 days internationally. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is something wrong?
Usually not. Tracking often sits quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit between facilities. If there's no movement for 10+ days, write to us.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Items sometimes ship from different facilities. You're only charged shipping once.

Which brush should I get for a long-haired cat?
Start with the self-cleaning slicker brush for daily maintenance and the deshedding glove for gentler sessions on cats who dislike being brushed.

Is the nail grinder safe for small pets?
Yes. It has adjustable speeds and a low-noise motor. Start at the lowest speed and do a few seconds per nail.

My cat ignores her water bowl. Will a fountain help?
Very often, yes. Cats are drawn to moving water, and many drink noticeably more once a fountain replaces a still bowl.

Are the silicone products dishwasher safe?
The lick mat and slow feeder bowls are. Check the individual product page for anything electronic — those should be wiped, not submerged.
